Dark squares are carefully prepared to a beautiful mahogany colour. Lighter squares are left as a beech wood natural colour and are lacquered with perfect finish.

Playing pieces are made from sycamone wood and are carved and finished by hands. Numbers and letters are in white colour.

The pieces and chessboard have a mat-lacquered finish.
